11:15 - 12:45 Lunch*
12:45 - 2:00 pm 3rd period: Ensemble rehearsal OR masterclass/sectional
2:15 - 3:30 pm 4th period: Ensemble rehearsal OR masterclass/sectional
3:45 - 5:00 pm 5th period: Music Theory OR Jazz Ensemble rehearsal
5:05 - 5:15 pm Camp meeting - ALL Participants
5:15 pm Commuter Campers: Early pick-up option behind CPA on School St.
5:15 - 6:30 pm Dinner*
Evening

Evening Activity: Monday - counselor recital; Tuesday - pool night ($5 fee payable at registration) or game night; Wednesday - movie night; Thursday - talent night; Friday - camp party

*Meals are provided in residence halls for all resident campers. Commuter students may eat in dining center as well, but must pay in advance, or pay with a credit/debit card at the door (Breakfast $6.15, Lunch $8.65, Dinner $10.00). If commuters choose to leave campus during meal times, Illinois State University Bands cannot be held responsible for their safety while off campus.

Commuters are also welcome at evening activities. If commuters are eating dinner in the dining center, they can stay with us until the conclusion of the evening activity. If they are not eating in the dining center, they can be picked up behind the Center for the Performing Arts at 5:15pm for dinner. Here is a guideline for drop-off and pick-ups for the evening activities (drop-offs only apply if campers are NOT eating dinner with us):
 
Monday: Staff recital, CPA Concert Hall. Drop off behind CPA 7pm, Pick up behind CPA 9pm
Tuesday: Swim night at Anderson Pool. Drop off at pool 8:30pm, Pick up at pool 10:00pm
Wednesday: Movie night, Cook Hall. Drop off at Cook Hall at 7pm, Pick up at Cook Hall at 9pm
Thursday: Camper talent show, Cook Hall. Drop off behind CPA at 7pm, Pick up behind CPA at 9:30pm
Friday: Camp Party, CPA Lobby. Drop off behind CPA at 7pm, Pick up behind CPA at 9pm.
 

Saturday, July 15

7:00 - 8:30 am Breakfast
8:30 - 9:30 am Pack rooms and change into concert dress
9:15 am Commuter Campers: meet counselors behind Center for Performing Arts (351 S. School St.)
9:30 - 10:00 am walk to concert hall; warm up
10:00 am Final Concert, Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall
11:30 am Return to Hewett Hall for check-out
1:00 pm End of Camp!
